CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible Cancellations, Fair Policies – Your Plans, Our Priority.

At Kenick Transportation LLC, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients while managing our schedule effectively, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:

 

​1. Cancellations Made atleast within 24 hours Before Pickup Time

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for refund.

2. Cancellations Made after 24 Hours or More Before Pickup Time

Cancellations made at after 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time aren't eligible for refund.

3Special Circumstances
For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances like emergencies are eligible for 30% refund, please contact our support team. We strive to work with clients on a case-by-case basis in the event of emergencies.
